• Free Shipping: Orders over $75 USD

Processing days: Monday to Friday
Cut off time: 22:00 CST (Chicago Time)

Orders placed after the cut off time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

• Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery
• Delays caused by carriers or customs


INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
• A reshipment may require an additional fee
