Welcome to Safire. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Safire website located at thesafireshop.com (the “Site”), including any purchases of products, subscription services, digital content, features, or other services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase our products or Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Safire and apply to all users, customers, and subscribers.
1. Online Store Terms
Safire products and site services are for adults only. By using our Site or purchasing our products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. We strive to serve customers fairly, but we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities if we suspect fraud, abuse, resale activity, or violations of these Terms.
You understand that information you submit through the Site, other than payment information, may be transferred across networks and adapted to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is encrypted during transmission.

We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors accurately.

6. Subscription, Auto-Payments, and Cancellation
Safire products may be available as a one-time purchase or as a recurring subscription. If you choose a subscription, you authorize Safire to automatically charge your selected payment method at the interval you choose until you cancel.
After your first order ships, future subscription shipments will be sent according to your selected frequency. Each shipment will be billed at the then-current subscription price unless otherwise disclosed. We may send an email reminder before your next recurring charge.
You may cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us at support@shopsafire.com. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active through any already-processed order, and no future renewals will be charged unless you reactivate.
If a payment fails, we may notify you and ask you to update your payment information. If payment information is not updated within a reasonable time, we may pause or cancel your subscription.
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, payment details, and shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

8. Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.

Without limiting the foregoing, Safire does not warrant that the Site or products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any particular results will be achieved through use of the products or Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Safire, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, products, or Services.
To the extent any liability is not lawfully excluded, Safire’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products shall not exceed the greater of:
- the amount paid by you to Safire in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KASHAN ZUBAIR LLC, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
18. Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our Site.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time without notice if, in our sole judgment, you fail or we suspect you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on this Site, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois/USA.
21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at support@shopsafire.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Safire agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.
Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration will take place in Chicago, IL, unless you and Safire agree otherwise.
You and Safire each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only.
Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except as may be required by applicable law.
This arbitration provision does not prevent either party from bringing a claim in small claims court where jurisdictional requirements are met. For users located outside the United States, this arbitration provision does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
