At Safire, we want you to feel confident trying our products and supported throughout your experience. Because our products are consumable wellness products and results may take time with consistent use, this policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with how the product is intended to work.

1. Consumable Products & Returns
Safire products are consumable wellness products. For health and safety reasons:
- We do not accept returns of opened or partially used consumable products.
- Please do not send any product back to us without first contacting our support team at support@shopsafire.com.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please see the Damages & Issues section below.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you placed an order by mistake or need to make a change, please email support@shopsafire.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
- If your order is still unfulfilled in our system, we can usually cancel it and issue a full refund, or help correct the order, such as an address update.
- Once your order has been prepared for shipment, fulfilled, or handed over to the carrier, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it.
- After an order has shipped, our standard policy for consumable products applies.
Our fulfillment team works quickly, so if you need to cancel or update an order, please contact us immediately after checkout.
3. Subscription Renewals Placed by Mistake
If a subscription renewal is processed by mistake, the same rule applies:
- If the renewal order is still unfulfilled, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the renewal order has already been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or return.
To avoid unwanted renewal orders, please make any subscription changes before your next billing date. You can contact us at support@shopsafire.com for subscription support.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos showing the product and the problem
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Please email support@shopsafire.com within a reasonable time after delivery so we can review and assist.
5. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel good about trying Safire. If you are not satisfied with your experience, you may be eligible for our 90-day money-back guarantee.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Contact support@shopsafire.com within 90 days of delivery of your first order.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation of your experience.
Unless you want different rules, the cleanest version to publish is:
- The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Limit one refund per customer / household.
- Refunds are not available for orders flagged for abuse, fraud, or unauthorized resale.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we will process it back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not eligible for return:
- opened consumable products
- partially used consumable products
- orders already shipped, except where covered by our approved damage, defect, or guarantee process
- gift cards, if applicable
8. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact support@shopsafire.com before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
Improper or abusive chargebacks may affect eligibility for future purchases, refunds, or account access.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund, Returns & Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
